Featuring state of the art equipment within a beautifully designed facility, our goal is to create the most positive of experiences for your pet. As your pet enters the Spaw, the ambiance is set. They are welcomed with the soothing sounds of nature and calming musical tones expressly chosen for your pet’s delicate ears. The warm scents of our aromatherapies gently waft through the Spaw promoting a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Once booked in, we wrap your pet in our Spaw Robe and lead them into “the lounging area”.

A Touch of Love® ~ Day Spaw for Pets© is pleased to offer a cage-free environment promoting socialization and complete relaxation. Pets are encouraged to lounge on our Therapeutic Spaw Beds and all pets that visit us are served all-natural treats and A Touch of Love® Natural Spring Water with vitamin supplementation is offered in all areas of the Spaw.

To further ensure the safety and happiness of our four legged guests, A Touch of Love® has incorporated the ecobox air purification system into the Spaw. EcoQuest’s ecobox not only freshens the air by eliminating odours, it uses natural, germ and virus killing, odour reducing processes to keep the environment healthy for our visitors.

Shane has been a leader and a pioneer in the pet industry for over 20 years . An expert in his field, Shane is recognized as one of the top creative pet styling artists throughout Canada and the United States. He is a member of the Canadian Kennel Club, Ontario Dog Groomer’s Association, Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council of Canada and the American Pet Products Manufacturers Association (APPMA).

Not only is Shane the styling artist at A Touch of Love®~ Day Spaw for Pets™, he also operates the A Touch of Love® Training Academy. His comprehensive curriculum and instruction methods have set high standards for pet styling in the industry. Because of his expertise, Shane is often called upon as subject matter expert in his field and has been quoted in various publications including Pet Style News, Toronto Life, Muskoka Magazine and he has been featured on such television shows as CTV News Net and Breakfast Television.

Drawing on his years of experience, Shane is the first in his field to create and develop a unique and trend setting product line for pets in order to provide them with the complete Spaw experience. Shane continues to expand A Touch of Love®’s three unique product lines with new and innovative products – all with the goal of Healing Your Pet’s Body, Mind and Spirit™.

With his strong and persuasive interpersonal skills, Carl is the driving force behind the planning, direction and execution of the administration and operations of A Touch of Love® Inc. Carl has a proven track record of creating and executing long term growth strategies and is continually working to further increase brand awareness and deliver the most profitable and differentiated products and services in tune with consumer attitudes and expectations.

Working in partnership with outside agencies, Carl oversees the marketing and public relation programs for A Touch of Love® Inc., as well as the execution of promotional initiatives including trade shows, events and fundraisers. His success is built on his creativity, his customer responsiveness and his ability to develop strategic partnerships and long lasting relationships.
